🏢 1. Platform Presentation
NEXUS is a digital asset management platform that allows users to deposit, track and manage their cryptocurrency holdings. The platform is operated independently and is not affiliated with any bank, financial institution or government body.
Access to NEXUS is provided to adult users (18+) residing in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency use is legally permitted.
⚠️ 2. Nature of Services
NEXUS provides a non-custodial interface for cryptocurrency deposits and portfolio tracking. The platform does not hold, manage or invest user funds on their behalf. All deposits are made directly by users to their own designated wallet addresses.
NEXUS does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations or any regulated financial services. All decisions made by users are their sole responsibility.
💸 3. Cryptocurrency Risk Disclaimer
Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile digital assets. Their value can increase or decrease significantly in a short period of time. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
By using NEXUS, users acknowledge that they understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including but not limited to: market volatility, irreversibility of blockchain transactions, and potential loss of funds due to user error (e.g. sending to incorrect addresses).
NEXUS is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of market fluctuations or user error.
🔒 4. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for the security of their account credentials, private keys and wallet addresses. NEXUS will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.
Users agree not to use the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering, tax evasion or fraud. Any suspected misuse will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
📜 5. Referral Program Terms
The NEXUS Referral Program rewards users who successfully refer new members to the platform. A referral is considered valid when the referred user completes registration and makes a minimum deposit of €60 in cryptocurrency.
Rewards are distributed at the sole discretion of NEXUS and may vary between €250 and €350 per validated referral. NEXUS reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any attempt to abuse the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts, etc.) will result in disqualification and account termination.
📧 6. Data & Privacy
NEXUS collects minimal user data (email address, username, nationality) strictly for account management purposes. This data is stored securely via Firebase (Google) and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting our support team.
⚖️ 7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute arising from the use of NEXUS shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties before any legal proceedings are initiated.
NEXUS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
